Rest is not
weakness.

today.

God is with you

SCRIPTURE & REFLECTION
Matthew 11:28
"Come to me, all who are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest."
It's okay to be tired. It's okay not to have all the answers.
When life feels overwhelming, God does not ask us to carry every burden
alone. He invites us to bring our worries, fears, and exhaustion to Him.
You are deeply loved. You are fully seen.
And you are never walking this journey alone.
God walks beside you—even here.
WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO PRAY
Prayer is simply having a conversation with God.
Just talk to him. He is a good listener and He cares about you.
God, help me
through the next
five minutes.
Please bring peace
into this home.
Help me to be
patient and kind
with myself.
Thank You for carrying what I cannot.
Give us strength
for today.
Help me trust You with what I cannot control.

In a prayer. In a conversation. In a moment of laughter. In a sunrise after a difficult night.
